Terms of Service

SpreadsheetPreview provides an API for rendering spreadsheet files into image or document outputs. You are responsible for the files you submit and for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

You must keep account credentials and API keys confidential. Activity performed with your API keys is treated as activity on your account. We may suspend or revoke access if keys are abused, compromised, or used in a way that harms the service.

You may not use SpreadsheetPreview to process unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious content, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass limits of the service.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Plan limits, prices, and billing periods are shown on the pricing page or during checkout. Subscription access may be limited or suspended if payment fails.

We aim to provide a reliable API, but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpreadsheetPreview is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service during the three months before the claim.
