Refund Policy

SpreadsheetPreview subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You may cancel a subscription to prevent renewal at the end of the current billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error or the service did not work as reasonably expected, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We review refund requests case by case.

Fees for usage already consumed, overage, custom work, or committed capacity are generally non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

If a technical issue prevents normal use of the service, we may offer a refund, credit, or extension at our discretion after reviewing account usage and support history.
