Uploaded spreadsheets are processed to create requested render outputs. We do not sell uploaded file contents. Files and outputs may be retained temporarily for delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and operational reliability.

We may use infrastructure, analytics, email, and billing providers to operate the service. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, and security purposes. Uploaded files and rendered outputs are intended to be retained only for a limited operational period.
